TICA's 42nd Annual General Meeting, held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, witnessed a confluence of over 200 enterprising associates and members at the Grand Ballroom of the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. Members had convened for the bi-annual election of its new Board of Directors. Since its founding, the primary agenda of the council has been to foresee and implement the association's numerous activities.

The steering committee set the stage for the year ahead with opening remarks from President Khun Sumate Sudasna, followed by a report from the Convention Promotion Foundation, presented by Khun Staporn Sirisingha, CPF Committee Member. The meeting proceeded with a review of the previous year's minutes and a session titled "20 Minutes with Conventions" led by Khun Jittanun Techasarin, Director of TCEB Conventions, which focused on the future of conventions in Thailand.
